Only have had great experiences with this branch, will always bank local now. They honestly seem to care about their customers. They took me seriosly as a young dirty contractor trying to learn financial literacy.
Everyone in this bank knows me by name! Super friendly staff, and always a pleasant visit, everyone is so friendly! I live a good bit away from this bank, and I drive about an hour just for the customer service and positive vibes! They make you actually feel like a valued member of their bank, and they’re always so positive and smiley! Definitely the best NBT I’ve been to!
