The best for customer service, knowledge, friendliness and team work. The manager is hands on and there to assist customers. Highly recommended!
This NBT Bank has been my bank of choice since it’s opening at this location. I have always found everyone, the manager, and all of the tellers, helpful, pleasant, and extremely efficient. There has always been a very friendly, warm and cheerful feeling here.
Terrible. Made me drive 45 minutes to take my money out because they “couldn’t identify me” even with my literal identification in their hands.
