This bank now shuts down your bank card almost 2 months before it is due to expire!! Then when you call the main number you get a runaround with answers being pulled from a hat. When she finally looked at my account this was the answer she came up with. I have had my accounts with NBT for a long time and now suddenly this and she claims it's always been this way. They're a excellent bank and they have excellent employees and they are very customer friendly!!!!
Very nice staff, always have a smile on there faces. Very helpful to! And even with all of the changes we're all going through during this pandemic, there doing a great job with keeping there staff and others safe. Keep up the good work ladies.
