Not one to complain or even go as far as write bad reviews, only if they are deserving. I love NBT bank and have been using it since I was 14, 7 years total. I love everything they offer such as online-banking, and bill pay. I also love the convenience of NBT bank being almost everywhere in the area, from Northville to Albany (probably further). But I have left the bank due to bad attitudes and bad customer service from their tellers even managers. NBT bank is a great bank and I will continue to recommend to family and frien... read more
