Had a horrible experience with the ATM shutting down on a Thursday mid transaction, STAFF WAS AMAZING AND VERY RESPONSIVE! made a few calls and everyone knew who I was and was happy to relieve my anxiety over my cash deposit. Thank you again!
Nbt bank itself is not horrible, maybe 4 out of 10. But the elderly woman at the essex branch should not be a teller. Every time she handles my banking she messes up something, today (5/17/24) I go to drive through to make a deposit with cash back, she never asked what I wanted just said she'd be back before I could say anything. A few minutes later she says "you're all set" and I had to explain what I wanted and wait again while she corrected the problem.
