I don't recall being notified if I use my checking and it overdrawn that they still pay it, then I had to pay an overdraft fee and im on limited income. It would be nice if they notify us , but then they would be out of their $35

I love this location. They are always so friendly and helpful. Every time I go, it’s a pleasant experience.
So I walked into the bank, to attend to some affairs, and as I was getting a deposit slip, I came across this sign. Now, I suck at remembering holidays (I spent a majority of’em deployed so I kinda blocked’em out to get through my time easier…but I digress) so I asked the teller: “what holiday is [The Holiday]?” The teller responded smiling: “it’s [Indigenous People Day]”. The worst experienced, she didn’t give me my account number, just a recipe, you open an account in other bank and they give you all the information and a temporal card. She said that they are going to send my card by mail and I have to wait 5 to 10 days to receive it, I will close this account.
