630pm on December 9th, interstate 5 northbound, vehicle #875, this driver was going so incredibly fast in severely low visibility, thick fog, passing on the right at a very high rate of speed, complete disregard to anyone on the road, gets off at highway 273 exit because he passed a chp car at close to 90mph, and cut across 2 lanes of traffic because he saw chp coming after him, that cop had his lights on and this dumb driver successfully evaded him...what kind of people do you guys seriously hire to drive? The best medical transportation in town, bar none!
We had a great transport driver named Rick from susanville to Redding and back. Rick was very professional and personable. Honestly the safest transport service we have ever had. I wish we could get him every time because I know we would be safe. Thank you Rick for your professionalism and for a safe ride for My husband, child and self. You do not get this with other transport services so Thank you!

I would like to give Ron in your Vallejo, CA. office and big shout out. His professionalism, kindness, and his dispatching knowledge is over the top excellent. This week he was able to get me to an emergency appointment with a two day notice that no other transportation department would take. This isn’t the first time he has done this. I’ve had a few hiccups with North Bay, but Ron has always communicated with me over the mistakes with a sincere apology.
