I give North Bay Transit a 5-star rating the staff were always professional healthy clean their cars don't smell they treat each and every person with courtesy and I would highly recommend them to anybody going long distance or local and I especially like the three ladies who work in the Redding office Melissa Kim and Brittany! they are all courteous on the phone and sometimes there are appointments that conflict however they always get you to your ride. and finally to those folks who got right to the methadone clinic and co... read more
North Bay Transportation is one of the best, if not the "Best" ride share company's that taken me to all of my Dr. Appointment. I have been treated so, so.. wonderful. Amazing drivers, that really cares about my wellbeing, always making sure I'm got to my Dr. Appointments safe & sound in plenty of time. "Shanvana Good" was my main drive, along with other drivers. They were able to get my husband to and from his appointment at the last minute and went above and beyond to make sure he was taken care of
630pm on December 9th, interstate 5 northbound, vehicle #875, this driver was going so incredibly fast in severely low visibility, thick fog, passing on the right at a very high rate of speed, complete disregard to anyone on the road, gets off at highway 273 exit because he passed a chp car at close to 90mph, and cut across 2 lanes of traffic because he saw chp coming after him, that cop had his lights on and this dumb driver successfully evaded him...what kind of people do you guys seriously hire to drive?
