I submitted my tax documents on 2/26/21 through a secure link and Nelson has not emailed me back with progress on my taxes. I circled around and submitted an email 3/13/21 (two weeks after submission) asking if there’s anything supplemental needed on my end and left my phone number. I called the office the next week and the receptionist stated that it usually takes 72 hours response time.
