Have been stuck with a rubbish NBN connection due to infrastructure problems for well over a year now, no sign of it being resolved. This leech of a company is the worst of the worst.
We've had net outage for weeks, I'm calling the Oumbudsman again!
No communication. Disorganised. Unreliable. Never show up despite advanced booking days in advance.
When apt is made you receive 5 emails plus texts advising that you need to be home etc. However if they can't come you get no message or apology, you just sit and wait and nothing happens. Improvement needed. Who has time to sit around waiting for something that is not going to happen!
