Placed a pre order and was in and out efficiently. Tattooed fella that helped me was very friendly as well as knowledgeable about product and Star Wars which is always a plus.
The staff is always friendly and helpful every time I go. My issue is with the website having mislabeled products. Website has product labeled as one thing, but find out it's something different when I get there. They lost a $200 sale this morning because of this error.
