I love banking with this Branch. Linda, Toral, and Danni are all very professional and I always love to stop in to do my banking. Without them it would seem like a chore, but because they are so friendly and helpful, it makes it a very pleasant stop!! Very OUTSTANDING staff!!!!
I had a really frustrating time trying to sort out my accounts here. The customer service was pretty unhelpful and nobody seemed to know how to resolve the simple issue I was having, which just led to a lot of wasted time. Danni, Toral and Linda are AWESOME!! This day and age it seems harder to find premium customer service. That is exactly what I received from Linda Sutherland at the Indian Creek Parkway nbkc location. I recommend these folks for any of your banking needs. They are the best!
