He was very knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process up until the day of closing. **** has always been easy to deal and does a good job of making me feel like I'm an important customer even though I'm s small fish in a big pond. The **** app is easy to use, customer service is excellent, and their "No Gotcha", fee-free banking and out-of-network ATM fee reimbursements (up to $12/mo) is a pleasure. I've happily been with **** for years and recommend it for personal banking...even if you're an out of state customer, like me.
Horrible customer service. No good communication. I have had a few bad experiences with my online account and dealing with agent's who are rude.
