Easy process to set up a bank account, but that's about it.My business account does not give me the option to add external accounts to be able to send money from one bank to another.I also have never gotten my debit card since I opened the account. I called and the *** told me she canceled the old card and told me the new card will arrive in 5-7 business days. It's been 2 months.Not happy especially since this is my business' finances here...

We just completed a refinance with nbkc and they made the process very easy. I was able to do everything from home and they were very informative and made timely response to all of my questions. I would not hesitate to use nbkc again on the future.

I started out really liking this bank, super basic in it's options and frills but basic business banking was easy. Have been banking with them since MAY 2021, when all of a sudden today, out of the blue I get an email saying NBKC regrets to inform you that we have decided to close your account. WAIT, WHAT? I thought it was a scam email so I called directly and they confirmed, they would be closing my account, gave me no reasons why, and said no one there could help me to explain why. I'm incredulous. NBKC has given us a great banking experience. The app is easy to use, online banking is easily accessible, and when we've needed to speak to someone, staff has been easy to reach. They also offer good interest rates. We love banking here!

NBKC is a God-sent, while others banks did not see the potential and the value my small start-up could bring to the public, NBKC gave me a chance and allowed me to open a business account.Since then my interaction with NBKC has been a delight, the customer service is superb, and I get a feeling that I am appreciated as a valuable customer. I definitely recommend them for your banking needs, and even though they are based a thousand miles away from my location I feel confident in banking with them.

******************* is the gold standard when it comes to mortgage brokers. He is quick to answer texts and emails and is always available by phone. His customer service is by far the best I've ever seen and I highly recommend him to you. He stays on top of the small details and gives you plenty of time to accomplish your portion of the loan. If you need him on the weekends or after hours, he's usually available. He's the best broker I've ever had the pleasure of working with, and I hope to use him again.
