NBKC Bank, and particularly ***************** and ********************* are STELLAR! I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are personable, professional, and really efficient. They managed to get me cleared to close in a week and a half! Even when ** was on vacation, he made sure everything was handled, and **** did a great job subbing in and making sure nothing fell through the cracks. Highly recommended!!

Im so glad to have found nbkc. I moved most of my accounts from my local bank to nbkc. (There were too many fees.). I wish I could move all of them but for some things a local bank is necessary.
I had the same problems as ****** only worse. They charged me for an appraisal for a loan they were never going to approve because their loan officer ***** listen to a word I said and would never get back to me. There was confusion on their part on what type of property I have and I ended up paying for their mistake.
