Smoothest refinance process Ive been through. Extremely transparent and wonderful to work with.
*********************** and NBKC Bank were great again. We have used ****** twice now. Once to refinance and once for a new mortgage. Both experiences where spectacular. ****** is very attentive and kept us informed throughout the process. She even worked late on the Friday before MLK Holiday to ensure our mortgage would close on time. She is by far the best mortgage officer we have worked with and we have had at least ten mortgages. Choosing her for our new mortgage was an easy decision.
This bank makes you jump through hoops and changes bank policy without notifying their members in a timely manner. Therefore forcing the members to change how they conduct business with the bank.

Almost a perfect bank for small businesses! I'm a notary and the biggest drawback for me is that they don't work with zelle. A lot of my clients prefer to pay with zelle rather than using cash, but nbkc doesn't currently offer zelle. Also, from what I understand, they don't integrate with QuickBooks either, which is a bummer because most CPA's I've consulted during tax time all use QuickBooks.
