Phenomenal service, very knowledgable and on point with options to create the best refi scenario possible. This was a stress free and easy process. I have closed on four other houses and this, by far, was the fastest and least stressful one. It helped that I only had to communicate with one person who always answered or quickly responded to my calls. I was always kept in the loop to what was completed and what we were waiting on. During this very strong seller's market, it was a challenge to find a house, no less get an offer accepted. I had to get adjustments to my pre approval amount several times with a very short offer window. **** was EXTREMELY responsive during the offer period. He was also very responsive AND thorough during the 30 days leading up to closing. I have used NBKC before and I will ABSOLUTELY use them again!!

Honestly, I don't feel NBKC respects me or my money the customer support is limp at best. They are frankly nurtured by the rules and restrictions placed on them to prevent customers from getting the help they need. Additionally, you have so many nitpicky BS things that should have been taken care of years ago. Like Virtual cards No accelerated delivery of cards (took over a month to get a working atm card) To get additional cards I have to fill out a form and mail it back to you are you kidding me ?? And the final real kicke... read more
