This banking is unprofessional! I highly recommend to looking into other bankings than NBKC. For some reason I received an email stating that they are closing my account. I called to ask what the reason was for, they stated unfortunately we can disclose any information on that. Also, I even purchased check books for $21 which I never got to use and the said they cant refund my $21 back. What kind of customer service are you running? No info on why you closed my account and no refund for the check books I have bought? Wow!! M... read more

It was a pleasure working with ***** for my mortgage. We quoted 6 lenders, and while nbkc wasn't the lowest rate, they were the most responsive and transparent. When we couldn't get clear answers from our real estate agent or settlement agent, we did from our lender.
