We had an amazing experience during the mortgage process and closing. Great interest rate, or loan officer was communicative and helpful. However, once we requested PMI removal, we've been getting the run around. We started the process in January. It took them until April to get us the paperwork. It was finally scheduled in June and it was almost $100,000 lower than a different appraisal we had done for a HELOC through a different bank. Excellent communication and follow through. ***** at NBKC really made the process smooth and absolutely painless. From contact to closing I think we were just over 3 weeks. ***** and NBKC went above and beyond to meet our tight timeline for closing so we could our kids enrolled and started on time. Really a first glass group and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a true team player that will work for you like its their own money.
