Working with **** at NBKC bank was fantastic! The whole process was seamless and they were able to close with a very aggressive timeline. We threw them a few curveballs and they weren't phased and were very professional throughout the process. Loan fees were better than anything else we could find. Being able to sign some closing doc electronically was great too. We were very pleased with how it all went. We've used them before and will certainly be using them again!

I've delt with a lot of banks and I think that a caring knowledgeable individual that work in any bank is paramount. Communication is extremely important, especially if you have problems with your account in any way. I find that previous banks push it to their fraud department and those individuals are rude and non-problem solving.

I have been in communication with NBKC Bank since April and from start to finish I have had the most incredible experience. All the representatives of the bank know team work but I *MUST* say that *********************** is a super super amazing star. She is a God sent. Working with NBKC and their partnered realtor group has lead to the most efficient and stress-free home buying experience we have ever had. Both groups were extremely professional and eager to help. It is also so nice to have key points of contacts that handle your account from start to finish instead of being bounced around through multiple groups/departments. We will definitely being using NBKC in the future for any loan needs.

My experience with NBKC was great! The loan officer I worked with, *************************, was exceptional. He stayed in communication with me every step of the way, even while he was on vacation, and made the whole process easy. I was running short on time and needed to close quickly and he made sure it happened. I wont hesitate to use establishment again and greatly appreciate ****!
