Love this bank, why go anywhere else? You can have sign up for an account Nationwide and have the peace of knowing that they do have actual Brick and Mortar locations, even though they are in Kansas City its still good to know that. Also, the customer service is fantastic and you wont be speaking with an agent in another country like Chime, Varo etc. I had an issue with a check that needed a stop payment for wrong amount and they immediately called and fixed the situation and stopped payment. The best experience we have ever had get a mortgage. Nbkc and their agent ****** are to be commented for fast service. With ****** able understand our Needs and kept the process on track, to close on time

We've now used NBKC as our lender two times, and this second time was even better than the first. The $250 origination fee is amazing, and the interest rate we got was the best we could find. ***********************, our loan officer, was straightforward, friendly, and helpful. He responded to every call, text, or email whenever we had a question or concern. We hope not to have to move again any time soon, but if we do we will certainly use NBKC again.

*********************** was our loan officer, and I have to say, it was an absolute pleasure working with him. He was always very responsive, and had an answer to all the questions we had along the way. This is the most important trait that any loan officer should have, as folks are going through what is typically the largest purchase in their lives.
