The whole team at NBKC Mission Farms is wonderful and accommodating. Toral Patel is our personal banker and is always helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to get things done. She is always smiling and her personality is so enjoyable. We have been with NBKC since they opened nearby and never once have thought of leaving. They deserve all the stars available
Stopped by this branch on May 20 to wire money for a private equity purchase. Danni Hartnell and the team were simply amazing in getting this done, including emailing me and calling with confirmation! Could not ask for more and night and day different from my experience at another bank I use. I will drive an extra 20 minutes for this bank for that reason! Thank you, nbkc!!

Received 5 Star service at nbkc. This day and age it seems harder to find premium customer service. That is exactly what I received from Linda Sutherland at the Indian Creek Parkway nbkc location. I recommend these folks for any of your banking needs.
