Rocky was a reliefed to find him. I've been having problems with my checking acc. Stealing my money like 4 times. I'm on disability I have very little to work with. Missing any money at all,puts me in A Bind.Rocky was there for me EVERYTHING was taken care of. Haven't had to get a new card again, and he even got the money they took from me. So HAPPY! Everyone there is very pleasant to deal with. But Rocky is the best ever!
Rocky was very attentive and thorough, making the process very simple and fast! I've had nothing but excellent customer service with this bank!
