We decided to switch banks after our bank of 15+ years started adding all kinds of fees and other changes we didn't agree with. We went in to nbkc and talked to Tristen. Kristen was amazing! Very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions before we opened our accounts. I couldn't believe that they pay interest on both checking and money market accounts. No stupid online banking fees, no limit on how many times you transfer from one account to another (and pay fees if we exceeded that limit, at old bank). ... read more
