Thanks to the wonderful help I received from Malina today, I now have an account and safety deposit box with nbkc. Their customer service support line was also helpful answering questions before I even walked in the door.
There has been a decline in customer service. It appears people are longer thought of as valued customers but now viewed as an inconvenience interrupting back office duties. After more than ten years I can no longer recommend NBKC.
Malina was very helpful from the moment i stepped into the building, gave me all the help i needed
