NBC Photo is a great caring company that takes their time with each child to make sure that the photo comes out well. The ataff is kind, courteous and friendly. Frieda is a wonderful person who is also caring. The price of the packages are reasonable and affordable for the families, especially families with multiple children. I gave them a five star because they deserve it, I have been working with this company for over 20 years.
I am beyond frustrated with this studio and their handling of school pictures. The first major issue is they do not provide any preview of the photos before purchase. You're forced to order packages "blind," trusting them to pick the best shot. This is terrible and sets customers up for disappointment. My personal experience has been a complete disaster. I’m a teacher at one of the schools you service. Every year I sit for my yearly photo, and I must say every year they come out better than the last. I’ve been working at the school for 10 years and all of my picture are beautiful. I always by the biggest package so I can give them out to family and friends. Keep it up!!! You guys are amazing!!!
NBC is the best photo company that I have eve worked with. The staff is caring and courteous. They make sure that the students smile and they make sure that the students are not ashy or crusty, lol because they have lotion, wipes and combs for the students to be well groomed for their pics. I love this company. The owner Frieda is a beautiful woman because she cares about what families think. The photographers are top notch, friendly to everyone. I will never use another company.
We have had NBC Photo take our children's picture for over 20 years and they always do a great job.
