I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. The staff were not helpful at all and seemed completely uninterested in assisting customers. Every question was met with a lame excuse or attitude, and it felt like they just didn’t want to be there. What really upset me was how I was treated as a single mom. My experience at this shop was extremely disappointing. The staff lacked basic customer service skills — they were unhelpful, dismissive, and constantly came up with weak excuses instead of offering real solutions. It felt like they didn’t care at all. What made things worse was their attitude toward me as a single mother. One staff member even made a disrespectful comment implying we might be poor, which was completely out of line. Naz was really helpful. Great deals. I bought 4 beds and 4 mattresses. He did me a good deal and very helpful with delivery etc.
