Horrible customer service, if you like not having customer service this is the place for you.
I've lived here for 18 months & I'll give it an 8 out of 10. There are plenty functions, good lunches Monday through Friday and tasty snacks, large dining room with large TV, good & bad occupants, functional laundry room & machines, ample parking, clean & mostly quiet environment, and manicured & clean lawn. Unfortunately, security was taken away probably due to budget cuts. I am indoors by 7pm for safety reasons.
