I would like to sincerely thank Nazareth Care and all there wonderfull caring staff that looked after mum right till the end and beyond. I can not speak highly enough about the genuine love and compassion they all showed my brother and myself. A special thanks to the "Angel" Ainsley for just being there for mum and to Katy and all the nurses. We are so grateful for all your help. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Charming location and delightful staff. The care delivered by the team truly goes above and beyond. They are kind and patient, attentive, and do everything they can to support their residents and the families. Rumours of how terrible Nazareth House has circulated for years, I never thought those horrific rumours were true - but they were. See the aged care commission for reports on pain management, wound management, missing valuable personal belongings and cleanliness. Went there for the bread , thought it was old fashioned proper bread , but it was same as bread in the city it's not real bread anymore
