Awful Customer Service. I've exchanged some items due to fit issues and was forced to immediately pay for the exchanges. The site mentions that once they receive the returned items, they would refund me. Weeks past and I did not receive the refund. I left emails, but no response at all. I called them several times but they were usually "unavailable." After finally getting in contact with someone, I gave them my return number and they said they would send an email confirming my refund. I never got that email. I waited... read more

Worst company I have ever dealt with - they changed the size and sent me something that would not fit but would not respond to me about an exchange. Once I discovered their exchange form, I waited 2 days for a response after which I was "allowed" to repurchase the correct shirt but they gave me no label or instructions on how to return the wrong one that they sent. They are total scam artists so please be careful if you order from them.
I ordered a shirt through the Nayked apparel website, it didn’t fit, so I had to submit a request for a return. This was done on a Friday and they expected me to ship out by Monday or Tuesday of the following week. And, after sending the shirt back, they denied my refund. Overpriced, difficult to work with. I had to pay for return shipping. I will never order from this company again. Very poor experience.
Was sent the incorrect size of Tee. I’ve called and emailed them to return and no response. Had to give Tee away. Will not order from Nayked again.
Shirts wear out fast, necklines especially, uneven shrinking.. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.. PHONE ISN'T ANSWERED during business hours.
Absolutely Horrible !! Do not order anything from these people through Walmart.com !! They have horrible customer service !!
