PA Dept of Revenue disagreed with Nawn’s calculations on my return, costing me a significant amount of money. I sent him a complete description of the problem and requested assistance. I received no reply, and no support in my discussions with the state to try and resolve the issue. I will not use him again and do not recommend him to other taxpayers.
Bad leadership. Accountant made serious errors on my very simple taxes. A badly run company.
Worked with one of their accountants my entire life and my parents before that. 50+ years of repeat, exclusive business. He made a $7,000 mistake on my taxes and they wouldn't refund the fee or reimburse me the cost of having someone else fix it. If you like being treated with contempt, you've found your CPA. Otherwise, you deserve better.
