I've worked with Eileen A. & Debbie G. for years and have been very happy. I continue to refer Nawn & Co to friends and family.
Made a mistake on my taxes. IRS sent me a letter stating that I owed money. Nawn charged me $440 to do my taxes. I told them and they didn't say anything. No apology. I will not use them again.
PA Dept of Revenue disagreed with Nawn’s calculations on my return, costing me a significant amount of money. I sent him a complete description of the problem and requested assistance. I received no reply, and no support in my discussions with the state to try and resolve the issue. I will not use him again and do not recommend him to other taxpayers.
