Applied for HELOC. Got denied because of a mistake made by the appraiser mistaking my building for a 3 unit when it’s only a 2 unit. I provided proof through the zoning certs and tax records that it’s only a 2 unit but again was denied. The representative that was supposedly working on my case was no help. Never responded to my email. Terrible customer service. Stay away from navy federal
I must compliment Joe for his excellent work as a Tax Preparer and as an Insurance Broker. The speed of service, knowledge, accuracy of work , and agents' courtesy are 5 stars. The fees were competitive. I am a highly satisfied customer and would definitely recommend this Tax Agency.
