I had a last minute custom design I needed. Navy Paddles worked through process quickly with me. We ultimately came up with a design that met my expectations and turned out perfectly. I had a very good experience with navy paddles. The people working within the company are very knowledgeable, kind and have consistent communication. At any given time when I didn’t understand something, they were always willing to explain it to me. They also reached out multiple times to confirm and verify information about my order which I really respected. This company is so great so wonderful and the plaque was beautiful and everything I asked for. I highly recommend.
This is how craftsmanship should be done, they completed a rush order for me that was technically perfect and aesthetically incredible. It’s great to see people who still take such pride in their product.
