Good luck trying to reach someone during the normal business hours, got rerouted to at least 3 different numbers.
Zero help and couldn't get me off the phone fast enough. Terrible service. The girl answering the phone sounded like she was a child so I'm not sure who is running this office but it needs supervision.
This Navy Legal office needs a complete change of personnel and a better culture of service. I went in to get a very simple Specific Power of Attorney and all I received was lame excuses of why they could not do it. The clerk at the front was more interested in getting rid of me than helping. Rather than fight with the ignorance of the Little Creek Navy Legal office...I ended up having to pay a civilian attorney to do a POA for me. Thanks for nothing!
