Loni is the reason that I will no longer be banking at this location. Our spouses have enough trouble dealing with finances while we are gone that they shouldn’t have to deal with being accused of fraud for the incredible crime of trying to deposit a check into our bank account from… another one of our bank accounts. Luckily the manager was there to fix the issue, but it shouldn’t be required.
Refused to help fraud victim
Got turned down and was told i'd get a letter explaining why. Never got a reason and never got a letter explaining !
Tanya was extremely helpful!
