After reading all of these reviews, definitely not feeling confident to bank with Navy Fed :/
Horrible bank to do business with. A transaction was flagged as fraud, even though I have letter stating from another bank that it should’ve never been reported as fraud and Navy Fed is not willing to do any looking on my account they’ve simply restricted and closed all of my accounts, and now when I called to speak to a manager, no one has the guts to explain us to why my accounts are being restricted when I have letters from other banks stating that this incident should’ve never happened.
