After reading all of these reviews, definitely not feeling confident to bank with Navy Fed :/
Horrible bank to do business with. A transaction was flagged as fraud, even though I have letter stating from another bank that it should’ve never been reported as fraud and Navy Fed is not willing to do any looking on my account they’ve simply restricted and closed all of my accounts, and now when I called to speak to a manager, no one has the guts to explain us to why my accounts are being restricted when I have letters from other banks stating that this incident should’ve never happened. Helpful and fast. It is on base, Mil ID required
The Customer Service Lady in Pensacola was beyond rude and unhelpful. I can not travel 6 hrs to the closest branch to verify my identity not having digital options is unacceptable.
I have been with this bank for 45 years and have never had these kind of problems it's putting me on the streets because I can not access my account I'm 70 years old was in service for 23 years
