Awesome
Although I love banking with Navy Federal, I got to seriously think about changing banks due to restricted access on the base. You can no longer get a temporary pass to visit CU. I had to get a replacement debit card due to scam and was told it was expedited only to find out that was not. That was early Thursday now I have to wait until middle of next week. Thank God for other resources or I would be doomed.
Navy Federal customer service has declined. The phone agents don't know what they are talking about and you have to wait 24 to 48 business hours to speak with a supervisor, like we don't work. I think it's time for me to part ways.
