Your website says you have co-op atms but there lies the problem. Those atms do not accept deposits, they only handle withdrawls. I drove to Albany, Ga and found out after a 1hr 30min drive that I can't access it since its on a military base. And they will tell you at the gate you can get a day pass and that's not true. I love NFCU but another branch in Albany, GA needs to be built with access to civilian. This has been a complaint about this branch location for years. Too many civilians from Albany GA and surrounding counties/cities in southern GA bank with NFCU but can’t get the assistance needed when it’s needed. No one wants to keep making phone calls or have to deal with trying to do things online and have technical difficulties. Awesome
Although I love banking with Navy Federal, I got to seriously think about changing banks due to restricted access on the base. You can no longer get a temporary pass to visit CU. I had to get a replacement debit card due to scam and was told it was expedited only to find out that was not. That was early Thursday now I have to wait until middle of next week. Thank God for other resources or I would be doomed.
