On March 31, 2026, I went to the West Gate Drive branch in Durham NC. I withdrew 1,300.00 from my Direct Express debit card, and I deposited money in my checking and savings account. I was given the money I withdrew from my Direct Express card. The same day I was contacted and told that I would need to come back into the branch because there was a mistake in my transaction. Horrible service. Long wait to see employees about serious matters. Lazy, fat, snobby,staff for the most part.
For a simple dispute they ask you to upload documentation (which for me was a picture of the businesses sign) then they say they never receive it online, even though a person on the phone claimed they did see it. Which is it? It isn't both. The person on the phone yesterday lied and claimed she is over every department and a supervisor as well. Well I was going to put 16k in the bank after opening but I only have a twic ID and I when with myself and ext and they acted like they could not accept my twic ID will that's there lose I go to another bank as for this bank has a bunch of idiots that does not know crap . Told the lady 3 times it's a government ID and she was dam clueless . There lose I go somewhere else .

Total IDIOT'S at NFCU Carlisle Barracks, went to pay off my auto loan and was instructed by NFCU main office the I needed either cash, certified or cashiers check to release title to buyer and notarize letter saying it's not in NFCU's name anymore. Got their and the Incompetent women said that I needed cash, had to run to wells Fargo to cash cashiers check and run back.
