NFCU has always been helpful for me be it by phone or in person. I’m only sorry that they don’t do share branching which would be more convenient for me. Unfortunately NFCU (for me!) is not my primary banking. My mortgage payments are with NFCU -I have no complaints. Mahalo NFCU
Stephen was an absolute pleasure and kindly assisted my wife and I with pre approval process at the branch. He was patient and respectful, I would come back to the branch just solely to work with him in the future.
