every time i come here i am please with the speed and quality of the service. never had a bad experience in the 10 years ive gone to this branch
worst navyfed bank in the island. I waited for more than 30mins for nothing. Notary person is Lazy, she dont wanna help me because my mother in law who’s in the affidavit is not a member. I mean i understand if they told me right away. I can just go somewhere else but no they let me wait for more than 30mins.
Have gone there on 3 seperate occasions for their notary services. On ALL occasions I have been told they can't notarize for every other reason under the sun. Im talking every reason. From simple reasons of "no notary here today" to complicated of "see all 20 people that signed this document can't have signed already, they all have to be here and sign with me watching"... GO TO PACK AND SHIP for notary in mililani. next to the shack and Ross, they have always rectified all of the issues fast and painless!
Almost but not all workers just felt. Inconvenient when i went in and asked for help, they need to work on it
