The staff here is horrible. My account was restricted, and I couldn’t gain access. Customer service told me I had to go in person be prepared to show two IDs and explain the situation which I did. The lady told me she could not un restrict my account which was a total lie because I called customer service back again very upset due to why they were wasting my time after five minutes of speaking to customer service this time they were able to unlock my account while the teller had me sitting in the back with her for 20 minutes... read more
Terrible service. Mainly the bank itself. There no real point to even have representatives, they just do everything you would do online. Loan depart is just bots, no real people.
I’ve been here many times. This branch is hands down the best! Big shout out to Howard, who’s helped point me in the right direction. Best navy fed location
Stole my money! After putting over $1000 in the ATM it gave me an error receipt and told me to contact customer support, after a week long investigation they denied my claim and left me with $0. Easy to say worst bank I’ve ever dealt with.
