Bank is cashless so if you need with withdraw over $1000 they can't help you. There are ATMs and customer service employees but their services are limited.
I was able to make significant updates to my account in under 10 minutes on a Saturday morning. Much appreciated.
Calling it a bank branch is stretching the truth. It's really just a collection of indoor ATM machines. Lots of services they are unable to provide.
