Customer service has really gone down the drain here. Front desk lady is so rude and unhelpful & the front teller is even worse. What can I say, I’m not surprised. Navy should really look at who they are hiring and the face of the company. And for higher up’s to just watch them make their faces and raise their eyebrows and just be watch them go out of their way to be inconsiderate and unhelpful, in a petty way. If you don’t like your job, leave. Simple.

Condescending staff in the front with very poor customer service skills.
