THE WORST EXPERIENCE I WON'T RETURN TO THIS BRANCH..... THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE NO TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE WAS A AFRICAN AMERICAN GUY WITH GLASSES, HE WAS RUDE. HE DID NOT EVEN CHECK MY IDENTIFICATION ANYBODY COULD HAVE CAME IN AND TOOK MY CARD AND JUST GOT MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOUR JOB FIX IT YOU'RE NOT A PEOPLE PERSON THAT IS NOT A POSITION FOR YOU TO BE IN. “Air” the front teller was very rude, all I wanted to do was get a cashiers check so I can pay rent. I don’t have my ID and I only have my digital Debit card for Navy Fed. She said that there is no way for navy federal to identify me with my social security number, or DOD number, or LOAN ACCOUNT number , Drivers License number any of that. She said it’s physically impossible for navy fed to look me up that way. All I Wanted was a cashiers check and she stonewalled me so she can play on her phone.
