Very disappointed. On Jan 24 2025 I went into this branch seeking assistance filling 2 IRA rollover forms. I was helped and given confidence that my needs would be taken care of. I've patiently waited an update for 6 weeks, and after calling NFCU IRA dept, they state my documents were never submitted for processing. I tried to call the branch but they refused to take my call stating I'd have to go back to that branch and inquire in person, and it's likely they don't even have my forms anymore.
