To be a member for over 30 years and coming to that branch for over 15 years. I was treated like a total stranger when I told them I had my wallet was stolen. I ended up transferring my money to my wife because all my official documents, bank statements, checkbook and SSN card weren't good enough. I will be changing banks asap.

I am extremely disappointed with the deceptive and opaque practices I’ve experienced at this credit union. Their loan application process lacks transparency, and there is little to no guidance on how to properly dispute inaccurate information when it stems from their decision-making — not the credit reporting agency.
