Always helpful. Great customer service. They make you feel like family.
I recently visited this branch to submit some paperwork and worked with Michael. He was very professional, courteous, and attentive throughout the visit. He also informed me that a family member of mine was qualified for a better checking account which was very considerate of him. The rest of the staff I spoke with were friendly as well. Tell Michael to keep up the good work!
I would give it zero Stars if possible. Worst bank in the history. Made multiple tries over 7 months to receive the money from my brother's account. He passed away Dec 2024. Now August of 2025. Still getting the run around. Bank with United Bank. They closed his account and processed the money to me in the same day. Bank anywhere else.
A very friendly customer first business. The young lady named Cammi was very helpful with a name change on our account.
The office manager is OUTSTANDING! I wish i remembered her name. I haven’t seen her in a while but hoe she’s still there. She went out of her way to take care of me during a stressful situation created by my car dealership. Without getting assistance, I would have had a REAL problem.
