Been waiting for three weeks for my new card just to call and find out they never sent it even though Ashley made me confirm my address and all my info to send it and before I hang up I ask if it’s sent for sure she said yes and even told me how long until it gets here. Weeks later when I noticed my card never came in and I can’t use any of my money for the past couple weeks I call to find out they never sent it because people can’t do their job right. Navy Federal Credit Union has been a great financial institution to surrender myself and all my family affairs.
A little slow on customer service but once your there the employees are magnificent, so i guess it's worth the wait.Thanks Navy Federal.
The ATM isn't working unless they disable them at night. I don't know why the ATMs don't work
