Ashley was so incredibly kind when I came in to make a deposit and asked her advice for how to determine the course of action to take regarding a financial issue I had. After I left, she personally called and left me a message to follow up and offer another suggestion, which was so incredibly thoughtful, helpful, and went above & beyond! And actually saved me getting a fee!

I normally don’t write banking reviews, but what I witnessed today at this branch truly broke my heart. A customer who clearly had a disability approached the teller for help, and instead of being treated with privacy and compassion, his personal financial information was spoken out loud for the entire lobby to hear. There was absolutely no reason I should have overheard another man’s private banking situation.
