I had an extremely frustrating experience at the Navy Federal branch in Rosslyn. I had to pay $10 (parking fee) just to make a deposit, which is absolutely ridiculous. On top of that, they wouldn’t attempt to validate the garage fee, so I had to pay out of pocket. To make matters worse, the employees showed no interest in helping me and seemed completely indifferent to my situation. I won't be returning to this branch, and I highly advise others to avoid it as well.
Even though the phone rap provided me with this location it was closed.
I came to complete a piece of paperwork and they didn’t catch an error with it. I had to return to the branch a week later to fix it and even though I was the only one there with three available branch employees, they made me wait and ultimately weren’t able to see me. This branch doesn’t seem to be very competent or member friendly.
