This is a terrible NFCU. The people are rude & expect you to know everything. I tried to cash a check & they refused. They were NOT polite. And did absolutely nothing to help me. Now I have a check that I need to cash immediately and they refused. They are beyond unhelpful. I am saying this: stay away. Find a different bank, this one is a waste of time. They often have blackouts during the day where no one can use their card as well. Please, do not trust them with your money.
We visited the Lynnwood NFCU on a busy Saturday to open a savings account for our daughter, and we had such a great experience with Athena! She did an amazing job walking us through everything and making sure we had all the information we needed. What really stood out was how kind and patient she was with our 2-year-old, who was understandably starting to get bored while we were opening the account. It takes forever for them to process you. Had to wait in line forever. One teller to service all the people in line. They should be better than this
Good for active duty members and veterans . Need more locations .
Terrible location. They NEVER have enough cash to take out. Never know what they are doing and keep re-explaining themselves instead of offering solutions. Today the cash limit was $3,000 even when going to the teller. They are also really nosey and have asked me and my fiancé what we are doing with money when we pull it out. None of their business.
