I had the pleasure of working with agent Julissa when I needed to find out about my car loan options. I came in to the branch frustrated about previously given misinformation from another branch and Julissa was wonderful in working me through the issue and explaining everything. She was patient, kind and went above and beyond in her customer service so that the situation turned around and I left feeling very reassured and valued. I would highly recommend her and this branch to anyone looking for help.
The whole process of opening an account was seamless, and the staff there were a delight. After everything was said on done it only took an hour.
This branch is probably the worst branch I’ve been too. I deposited a check and still haven’t received my funds literally a whole week later. When I questioned them about it they made me wait hours only to have no explanation. I would do business here. When I’m waiting I hear them actively screwing up peoples accounts and funds.
