I had the pleasure of working with agent Julissa when I needed to find out about my car loan options. I came in to the branch frustrated about previously given misinformation from another branch and Julissa was wonderful in working me through the issue and explaining everything. She was patient, kind and went above and beyond in her customer service so that the situation turned around and I left feeling very reassured and valued.
