Started coming here in November 2024. I'm always met with smiles and warm countenances from everyone I come across. Everyone who's helped me has always been so kind. I want to give a special shoutout to Riri. It was a slower day when I first interacted with her and she talked to me for a few extra minutes and her kindness was so heartwarming. Narissa is genuinely a ray of sunshine! I despise going to the bank, and she somehow made the entire experience amazing. She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, and took the time to explain everything clearly without ever making me feel rushed. She turned what is usually a stressful errand into a genuinely pleasant interaction. This location is lucky to have her.

Absolutely trash refinance rates. We make plenty of money and our credit is 750+. They advertise 5.39% but offered us 8.19%. That 2% higher than what we currently have and they know that. Canceling my membership now for wasting my time. They’ll also add a fee for inactivity if you have your membership open with no activity.
