I have been a member for over 20 years this man name Darus is very disrespectful and rude. No personality whatsoever as far as I’m concerned. When I’m having a good day I hate for people to ruin it for me. I was here and had some of the most amazing conversations and amazing customer service workers. This one gets a one.
The worst credit union in the world. 14.5 million members supported by a skeleton crew of employees. Most new hires have zero banking experience. New hires Receive zero training ( a new hire told me this fact) and we the members have to suffer from a totally money driven company. Customers are only numbers. And they hire foreigners who barely speak English. Being an almost 30 year member has no bearing…you’re just a number in their data base.
