I simply needed a guardian account and it was denied with an explanation that they dont open savings for minors for Veteran Affairs. Yet after speaking with Veteran Affairs, that was determined to be false. Very disappointed — not surprised young adults trying to run the show and not do their jobs, because waldorf is a busy location. I had go to Wells Fargo and get this very important task accomplished. I hope this message reaches management.
Will be having my mom close her account Monday. Avoid navy federal!
