I hate our new app, what about you guys. This is the saddest excuse for a Navy Federal I have ever been to. The customer service inside is okay, but that 1 little sad ATM outside needs to be unplugged and thrown in the garbage. On top of there always being a long line to use it, It is never accepting deposits or taking cash, it’s even eaten bills that I’ve deposited before. It almost never works properly. I went into the Navy federal in Douglasville and worked with Lucia, to get a car loan. She was so knowledgeable and helpful! She made my process smooth and got me what I needed! I appreciate her so much and I’m headed to go get my new car! Thank you Lucia!
