All ther banks and CUs came compare to NFCU. They actually use common sense underwriting, the best service at the branch and their customer service reps are in the US.
So darn slow I waited in line for 15 or more min long there's 4 ppl in here working and only one lady at front desk helping every one in line 🥴
We recently work with Kevin H, member service rep in Brea branch to set up our living trust account. He was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous, making the entire process a truly pleasant experience. Since this is the local branch, we visit whenever there is a need, we also found the entire staff, including the branch manager, to be consistently courteous and professional. Great job, everybody!
Most friendly people in banking. You're in and out because they staff correctly. My favorite location is Brea. Long Beach is always crowded, but moves fast. Great banking options, including immediate access to $500 line of credit. Seek advice for how to maximize and avoid massive fees when using.
I've been a member at this branch for several years. The staff are knowlegeable , polite and professional. They've assisted me on all my financial needs. I highly recommend this credit union.
