Got a cashiers check from the bank today and for some reason it was post dated. Which meant I couldn’t cash the check at my ow bank. Basically my bank said it’s a fraudulent check and wouldn’t cash it.

Review for Navy Federal Credit Union – Brea Branch I went into the Brea branch this morning to withdraw $500 in small bills. I explained that I needed smaller denominations because I was going on a trip. There was only one teller available, and she told me the branch didn’t have anything smaller than $100 bills. All ther banks and CUs came compare to NFCU. They actually use common sense underwriting, the best service at the branch and their customer service reps are in the US.

So darn slow I waited in line for 15 or more min long there's 4 ppl in here working and only one lady at front desk helping every one in line 🥴

We recently work with Kevin H, member service rep in Brea branch to set up our living trust account. He was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous, making the entire process a truly pleasant experience. Since this is the local branch, we visit whenever there is a need, we also found the entire staff, including the branch manager, to be consistently courteous and professional. Great job, everybody!
