I am new to Navy Federal and I am already ready to close out my account. I had a dispute a few weeks ago that was denied due to the representative not reviewing the evidence properly. They asked me to resubmit the dispute that took a month and a half to hear back from and I was unwilling to wait that long again, so I just sustained the loss. I have learned my lesson and will bank with a credit union that is more locally sourced in the future. This bank is obviously more focused on bottom line than their customers.
NF is great. This branch is not. If you have NF and live near Burleson, this may be little more use than an ATM to you. I've been denied service here multiple times saying my requests are against policy (asking for rolls of coins) while they change the reasoning around the policy each time, but every other location has helped me without fail. I'm not a fan of an institute Im supposed to trust with my money telling me how I can't receive my money. Now i have to open an account at another bank close to home just to have a serv... read more
