Always great service when I need to go by a branch.
Burleson Texas location. So frustrating. You go in to take care of business and you have this extremely long wait. In this case there are a total of 6 employees and only one at the teller booth tanking care of customers.It seems to be the norm at this location.
Bank manger at this branch rude and unprofessional every one else I have dealt with is great simply went up to pick up a check with a smirk on her face very condescending said we’re closed
I have to echo the sentiments of others regarding this branch. The staff often seem slow and exhibit poor attitudes. Unfortunately, I had to call Navy Federal to file a complaint about an employee who treated us very poorly. I'm puzzled by how such individuals are hired. At this point, I'm seriously considering closing my account, even though I have loans and several family members with accounts there. They are definitely understaffed the minimum wait usually on a Saturday is about an hour
