Love It... customer service is great get you in and out not a lot of waiting a very informative questions that are asked
Front desk attendant was pleasant, and staff was polite however, staff didn't perform the duties that I asked, which caused delays in my account
As a first time account holder, I walked in and no one greeted me, offered help or acknowledged me. It wasn't even busy either. I thought I was invisible or something. Really rude, lousy first impression of this branch and customer service. I will avoid going inside at all costs from now on.
I came to this location to do my business in person as I don’t feel comfortable doing it electronically. I didn’t actually care to know anything about any particular product, I already knew that coming in. I only wanted to determine if the person in front of me was qualified to handle my needs.
